Our oil burner service contracts will keep you warm all winter long.
Essentials Plan
This plan includes annual maintenance and inspection of your Oil Fired Burner.
Our Technicians will check all safety equipment for functionality.
Replace the oil filter element, oil strainer, and nozzle.
Inspect all part of the burner and perform an efficiency test.

Oil Fired Water Heater
Everything in the Essentials Plan plus a single aquastat and control for a water heater
Annual Tune Up will be scheduled with the heating system.
Coverage can only be purchase in conjunction with another plan.
24/7 Emergency Service
These plans include 24/7 emergency service
Emergencies such as No Heat *8, Oil leaks, Dangerous situations.
All non-emergency services will be conducted during normal business hours.
Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30 pm
Terms and Conditions
- This service contact covers ONE oil burner and ONE heating zone (Main Zone). Water heater contract covers an additional oil burner for the water heater.
- Annual tune-ups and cleanings are scheduled during normal business hours (M-F 8am to 2pm). It is the home owner’s responsibility to schedule annual maintenance. There will be no refunds or credits for annual service not performed.
- This policy does not include replacement of proprietary parts.
- This policy does not include the replacement of obsolete warm air furnaces, hot water/steam boilers, water heaters, oil burners and parts.
- Plumbing and air conditioning services are not covered and are billed at the prevailing hourly rate.
- All heating equipment service contracts are subject to an inspection prior to approval.
- This service contract does not cover repairs or replacements made by any individual not authorized by J. A. Binkley & Sons.
- Emergency calls resulting from conditions beyond our control (Burner failure due to flooding, lightning, power failure, fire, switch off, thermostat not set properly, blown fuses, no oil, no water in boiler, water in oil, frozen oil lines, generator usage, acts of god or other conditions beyond our control) are not covered and will be charged at our prevailing rate.
- We are NOT responsible for any damage caused by oil leaks or no heat in unattended homes. It’s the homeowners responsibility to ensure the home is checked for such situations.
- This Service contract is in effect for ONE year and begins on the day payment is received. This service contract is non-transferable. If the homeowner cancels the service contract there will be no refund
- Oil tanks, oil lines, oil filter canister and oil pumps are NOT covered by this contract. Damage caused by sludge in the oil tank is NOT covered.
*1 One per year, installed with annual Tune Up
*2 Blower motor and AC related parts not covered during AC season.
*3 Does not cover WiFi thermostat.
*4 5”, 6”, 7” Diameter Draft regulator.
*5 One per year if needed
*6 No proprietary boards will be covered.
*7 ECM blower motors are not covered. A $150 discount will be applied to ECM motors
*8 No heat in cold weather only, no heat calls in warm weather will be serviced during normal business hours.
